Steel-type Pokémon

Introduced in Johto as a counter to Psychic. Steel resists ten types and is immune to Poison, the best defensive profile in the game. It is super effective against Ice, Rock and Fairy, and weak to Fire, Fighting and Ground.

Steel-type moves are super effective against Ice, Rock and Fairy. Steel Pokémon are weak to Fire, Fighting and Ground, and take no damage at all from Poison moves.
